Pricing and Estimates
Prices shown on this website — including every number produced by our instant quote tool — are estimates, not binding quotes. Actual pricing depends on your specific device, its condition, and part availability. Hidden damage is common: a phone that looks like it only needs a screen may have a bent frame or corrosion underneath.
We will always confirm the final price with you before beginning work. You are never obligated to proceed, and the diagnostic is free whether you do or not.
Repair Authorization
By leaving a device with us you authorize us to open it and perform the diagnostic and repair work you approve. You confirm that you own the device or are authorized to have it serviced. We reserve the right to decline any repair — including devices reported lost or stolen, devices with activation locks we cannot verify, and repairs we do not believe we can complete reliably.
Back Up Your Data
Please back up your device before any repair. We are not responsible for data loss, and hardware repair always carries some risk — especially on devices that are already failing. If your device will not power on and you cannot back it up, tell us before we start and we will prioritize data preservation and discuss it with you first.
Turnaround Times
Timeframes quoted on this site are typical, not guaranteed. Most phone repairs finish the same day and many within the hour, but part availability, unexpected damage found during the repair, and shop volume all affect timing. We will tell you if your repair is going to take longer than expected.
Risk Inherent in Some Repairs
Certain repairs carry known risk that we will explain before starting:
- Water-damaged devices may not be recoverable, and may fail again later even after a successful cleaning. Corrosion is progressive.
- Devices with prior damage or prior repairs by others may have compromised components that fail during disassembly.
- Data recovery is never guaranteed. Some drives and boards are beyond what can be recovered without a clean-room lab.
Where a repair is high risk, we tell you so you can make an informed decision rather than finding out afterward.
Warranty
Repairs carry a 30-day warranty on parts and labor. The full terms, including what is and is not covered, are on our warranty page.
Payment
Payment is due when you pick up the device. We accept cash and major credit and debit cards.
Abandoned Devices
Devices left more than 60 days after we notify you that work is complete, or after you decline a repair, may be treated as abandoned and recycled or disposed of. We will make a reasonable effort to contact you at the number you provided first.
Independent Shop — No Manufacturer Affiliation
Smart Mobile is an independent repair business. We are not an authorized service provider for and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc., Samsung, Google, or any other manufacturer. Trademarks and product names on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the devices we service.
A third-party repair may affect a manufacturer warranty or extended coverage plan such as AppleCare on the repaired component. We will raise this with you if it applies to your device.
