Smart Mobile wants every customer in Kenner to be able to use this website and visit our shop, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, or magnification.
What We've Built In
- Keyboard navigation — every link, button, form field, and FAQ panel can be reached and operated with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline showing where you are
- Skip link — a "Skip to main content" link at the top of every page lets keyboard and screen reader users bypass the navigation
- Screen reader support — semantic headings, labeled form fields, descriptive link text, alternative text on meaningful images, and
aria-expandedstate on collapsible sections - Reduced motion — if your device is set to reduce motion, our animations and scroll effects turn themselves off
- Responsive and zoomable — the site reflows down to small screens and up to 200% zoom without losing content or breaking layout
- Bilingual — the entire site is available in English and Spanish via the language switcher in the header
Our Shop
Our storefront at 3814 Williams Blvd Ste 8 is at ground level with no steps at the entrance, and there is parking directly in front. If you need help getting a device in from your vehicle, call us at (504) 287-4419 when you arrive and someone will come out to you.

Ongoing Work
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We are a small family business, not a web company, and we are sure there are things we have missed.
Tell Us What's Broken
If you hit a barrier on this site — something a screen reader skips, a control you cannot reach with a keyboard, text you cannot read — please tell us. Call (504) 287-4419 or email usernola@gmail.com with the page and what went wrong, and we will fix it. We would genuinely rather know.
