Smart Mobile ("we", "us") operates this website and a device repair shop at 3814 Williams Blvd Ste 8, Kenner, LA 70065. This policy explains what information we collect and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what we need to repair your device and get back to you, and we do not sell it.
Information We Collect
Information you give us
- Through our forms — your name, phone number, email address, device type and model, the problem you described, and any notes you add. We use this only to respond to your request.
- In the shop — your name and phone number, your device details, and in some cases a device passcode you choose to share so we can test the repair. We do not browse your personal content, and we do not retain passcodes after the repair is complete.
Information collected automatically
- Standard web server information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visited, and the site that referred you. This is ordinary traffic data and is not used to identify you personally.
- Google Analytics — we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people find useful and whether our quote tool actually works. It records anonymized page views, clicks on our phone and directions links, and steps completed in the quote tool. IP addresses are anonymized. It does not record your name, your phone number, or anything you type into a form.
- Do Not Track — if your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, we turn analytics off for your visit entirely. We honor it rather than ignoring it.
- A language preference stored in your browser so the site remembers whether you chose English or Spanish. It stays on your device.
How We Use It
- To answer your question, quote your repair, and contact you about your device
- To let you know when your repair is finished
- To keep a repair record so we can honor your 30-day warranty without making you produce a receipt
- To understand which pages people find useful so we can improve the site
What We Do Not Do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not send marketing text messages or emails unless you have asked us to. We do not access the personal content on your device — your photos, messages, accounts, and files — beyond what is unavoidable while testing that a repair worked.
Who We Share It With
We share information only where it is necessary to run the business:
- Web3Forms — the service that delivers our website form submissions to our email inbox
- Google Analytics — anonymized traffic and interaction data, as described above
- Google Maps — the embedded map on our contact page is served by Google, which may receive your IP address when it loads
- Google Fonts — typefaces on this site are served by Google
- Law enforcement — only where we are legally required to do so
Data Retention
Repair records are kept for as long as we need them to honor warranties and meet ordinary business and tax obligations. Form submissions live in our email inbox. If you want your information removed, ask us — see below.
Your Choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (504) 287-4419 or email usernola@gmail.com and we will take care of it. We may need to keep a minimal repair record where a warranty is still active or where the law requires it.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
