Samsung Galaxy Repair in Kenner, LA

Galaxy screens are harder to repair than iPhone screens, and that is exactly why a lot of shops quietly turn them away. Samsung bonds the display, digitizer, and frame into one curved assembly — get the heat or the pressure wrong and you crack a $300 part.

We repair Galaxy S, Note, A-series, and the Fold and Flip line with the right heat plates and separation tooling. If your Galaxy has been quoted as “not worth fixing” somewhere else, bring it here for a free second look.

What's Going Wrong?

Cracked Curved Display

Galaxy edge displays crack easily and the touch layer often dies with the glass. We replace the full OLED assembly.

From $95

Green or Pink Lines on Screen

Vertical colored lines on a Galaxy almost always mean the OLED panel itself has failed — usually after a drop. Panel replacement fixes it.

From $95

Battery Drains Fast or Swells

A puffy back cover or a screen lifting off the frame means the battery is swelling. Stop using it and bring it in — this one is a safety issue.

From $75

Charging Port Loose or Dead

USB-C ports on Galaxy phones wear out from repeated plugging. We replace the port assembly, not just clean it.

From $75

Shattered Back Glass

Galaxy back glass is bonded with strong adhesive and wireless charging coils sit underneath. We remove it cleanly and keep charging working.

From $85

Camera Glass Cracked

The raised camera bump on recent Galaxy models takes the first hit in a drop. Lens glass is replaceable separately from the camera module.

From $79

Fold or Flip Crease Failure

Inner screen flickering, a dead strip along the fold, or a hinge that no longer holds position. These are repairable — most shops will not touch them.

Water Damage

Galaxy phones are water resistant until the seal is broken by a drop. Once water is in, speed matters more than anything.

Samsung Galaxy Repair FAQ

How long does a Galaxy screen repair take?
Most Galaxy screen replacements take one to two hours — longer than an iPhone because the display is bonded to the frame and has to be separated with controlled heat. We would rather take the extra hour than crack a new panel.
Why are Samsung screens more expensive to repair than iPhone screens?
Samsung sells the display as a single fused unit — OLED panel, digitizer, and frame together. There is no cheaper sub-component to swap, so the part itself costs more. We quote you the real number before starting.
My Galaxy has green lines down the screen. Is that fixable?
Yes. Green, pink, or purple vertical lines mean the OLED panel has failed internally, usually from an impact. It does not get better on its own and it usually spreads. A panel replacement resolves it completely.
Do you repair Galaxy Z Fold and Z Flip phones?
Yes — inner screen failures, hinge problems, and outer cover damage. Folding phones are genuinely harder and a lot of shops decline them. Bring yours in for a free assessment and an honest answer about whether it is worth repairing.
My Galaxy back cover is lifting. What does that mean?
That is a swelling battery pushing the housing apart. Stop charging it and bring it in soon — swollen lithium cells are a fire risk, and the longer it sits the more likely it is to damage the screen or board around it.
Will my fingerprint sensor still work after a screen replacement?
On models with an in-display ultrasonic sensor, the sensor is part of the display assembly, so it is replaced along with the screen and recalibrated. You will need to re-register your fingerprints afterward, which takes a minute.
Do you fix Samsung A-series phones?
Yes, and they are among the most affordable repairs we do. A-series screens and batteries cost noticeably less than flagship S-series parts.
Is there a warranty on Samsung repairs?
Yes — 30 days on parts and labor, same as every repair we do. If the panel or battery we installed fails, we replace it at no charge.
